If the booking is made less than 8 weeks from the date of your stay full payment must be made at the time of booking. At present we only take cheques or bank transfers. Confirmation of the booking will be sent after the deposit or full payment has been received.

It's very important to plan your journey so that you arrive during the daylight. Arriving and settling into your Bell tent is the beginning of your whole Oddhouse Farm Glamping adventure; from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it is an experience and is unlike arriving at a hotel where you park up and walk across a well lit path to the hotel, so please do plan to arrive during daylight hours, it really is essential. Please plan into your arrival the little things you may not necessarily think about, such as lighting the the wood burning stove. The night sky is obviously beautiful but can be extremely dark sometimes!

We would be grateful if you could advise us of your intended arrival time the day before and update us en-route. You are welcome to arrive any time before dusk on your specified arrival date, however your tent may not be ready until 4pm. On arrival, there is a pull in area close to the bell tents where you are able to drive your vehicle too in order to offload your luggage, etc. however, cars must then be parked in the car parking area which is a short walk away from the bell tents.

Please vacate your tent by 10.00 on the day of your departure, leaving it clean and tidy with all washing up done and rubbish put in the bins provided.

If you cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival date we will endeavour to re-let your tent. If we are unable to do so we regret that no refund will be made. Prior to 8 weeks of your arrival date we will refund any monies paid less your deposit or reschedule your stay for another date. An administration fee of £50 will be charged in this instance. We recommend that you have appropriate insurance cover.

We require a refundable security deposit of £50 per tent to cover any damages or breakages. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.

In the event that we need to cancel your holiday we will inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us, by you, within 14 days.

Day visitors are welcome, but not more than 1 extra car please. There is a charge of £5.00 per person, per day. We must be notified of these guests in advance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept dogs or pets.

Noise can carry from this site. Please keep noise to a minimum and in particular after 10.30pm. Music, candles and smoking are not permitted at any time within the tent or on site. Please do not leave, lanterns or fires unattended. There are straw bales and crops close by which in prime summer months can become tinder dry and extremely flammable. Please give this due consideration at all times.

By booking and coming to Oddhouse Farm Glamping you agree to be responsible for your children and any children you are in charge of, and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to facilities, landscape and tent.

We provide an optional fireguard for the wood burner, but it is your responsibility to keep any children safe around it and any camp fires/bbq that you may light.  Please note on rare occasions when the weather is particularly blustery, it may not be possible during your stay to have the fire pit or log burning stove burning. Should this be the case a small oil filled radiator can be provided for warmth in tents. Unfortunately the weather is out of our control and Oddhouse Farm Glamping does not accept any responsibilitiy for it.

Bathroom and wc facilities:  Nothing but toilet paper should be placed down the toilet. Please use the bin provided for anything else.

Oddhouse Farm Glamping accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage that may arise from a stay at Oddhouse Farm and Oddhouse Farm Glamping.
