3 Super-king/twin ground-floor bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large first floor bedroom with superking bed and ensuite.
Large open plan kitchen diner and living space, costy woodburning stove and spacious layout.

What to expect
Plush duvets , pillows and bed linen.
Fluffy bath towels and heated rails.
1 small starter log basket and kindling during the colder months.
Quaint log burning stove for those chillier evenings and days.
Outdoor fire pit to pass the evening away.
Fully equipped kitchen diner with crockery, cutlery, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, double oven and induction hob.
Private outdoor space with relaxed dining & comfy sofa to spill out into with beautiful countryside views.
Check in after 4 pm & relaxed check out by 11am.
Private secure parking.

- Log baskets with kindling & fire lighters for wood burner or fire pit - £10.00 each
- ONLY logs and kindling supplierd by ourselves are to be used on site - thank you!
- Early check-in or late check-out - £20.00 per person (subject to availability).
- Day visitors - £30 per day per person, access from 10am until 10pm.
